    forget about grammar
    1a) as long as you can read your writing - keep writing

2) Don't ask for criticism until you are done your chapter, poem, or essay. Finish it first - then edit it.

Push yourself into writing what you want to write. Don't settle, don't compromise - write what is in your heart and mind. Have fun and try something new.
